If you receive a torn or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photo proof. We will work diligently to resolve the issue. For alteration requests within 14 days of receiving your purchase, please email  shadesbyvidhi@gmail.com . Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item for alterations.
